Facebook states on their reporting policy that animal sales are NOT allowed between individuals but ARE allowed by "businesses that sell other animals from a storefront or website." 

Shelters are also allowed to place animals

So sorry, Facebook does not allow the buy/sell/trade/re-home of animals outside of a store or humane society at all therefore this group does not either.
